We are actively searching for a passionate and dedicated Family Reunification Specialist to join our team at Heartland Human Care Services. This role offers a unique chance to make a meaningful difference in the lives of vulnerable children in the Chicago area.

About the Role
  • As a Family Reunification Specialist, you will be responsible for collecting and assessing family background information, referring cases to partner agencies, and collaborating with stakeholders for unaccompanied children's services.
  • You will also manage relationships with family members, sponsors, and stakeholders, maintaining professional boundaries.
  • In this role, you will provide advanced advocacy, assessment, and case management services to individuals and families.
Requirements
  • A Bachelor's degree in human services, psychology, social work, or a related field.
  • Minimum of one year of related experience.
  • Fluency in a second language.
  • Current Driver's License with no prior suspension.
Estimated Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per year

This salary estimate is based on national averages for similar roles in the Chicago area, taking into account factors such as cost of living and industry standards.
