Job Summary

Pediatrix Medical Group is seeking a highly skilled Physician Assistant to join our team of neonatologists and neonatal nurse practitioners in a busy practice. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and facilitating comprehensive neonatal care, including programs for HFOV, nitric oxide, and ECMO.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and facilitate comprehensive neonatal care, including programs for HFOV, nitric oxide, and ECMO
  • Collaborate with neonatologists and neonatal nurse practitioners to provide high-quality patient care
  • Develop and implement care plans for neonatal patients
  • Conduct rounds and provide updates to the medical team
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of best practices
Requirements
  • Current certification through National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA)
  • Minimum of a master's degree
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Commitment to providing high-quality patient care
