General Manager or Retail Operations Manager

Position Overview:
Under general supervision, Senior Sales Specialists provide guidance and education to patients with medical cannabis needs. They assist each patient to ensure they receive the appropriate medication tailored to their specific health conditions. The Senior Sales Specialist may also hold a state designation as the manager on duty or key holder.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all intake forms and related documentation are accurately completed and filed, entering all relevant information into the system for future reference.
  • Verify patient purchase limits before entry into the consultation area and communicate these limits to the appropriate pharmacist.
  • Deliver Exceptional Customer Service by fostering and maintaining positive customer relationships.
  • Respond to inquiries from customers regarding products, training, and general information via calls or emails.
  • Manage patient records utilizing Biotrack.
  • Maintain and update databases as necessary.
  • Fulfill customer orders efficiently.
  • Promote and sell all TGS Global products.
  • Establish and uphold a high level of integrity and trust for specific products.

Minimum Qualifications (Skills, Knowledge & Abilities):

  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Associates or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • A minimum of 4 years of direct customer service experience is required.
  • Retail experience is preferred.
  • Experience as a key holder or lead is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Point-of-Sales systems.
  • Proficient in Windows Operating System and Microsoft Outlook.

Additional Abilities Required:

  • While performing the duties of this position, the employee is required to stand, walk, or sit for extended periods, use hands for manual tasks, and lift or move up to 10 pounds (or more with assistance). Effective verbal communication with co-workers, customers, vendors, etc., is essential. The noise level in the work environment is typically moderate.
