Job Summary

DAK Resources seeks a highly skilled and experienced Facility Administrator to oversee the day-to-day operations of our facilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in management, leadership, and project management, with a proven track record of success in managing large teams and budgets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure efficient administration and compliance with regulations
  • Collaborate with physicians and other stakeholders to ensure high-quality patient care and compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Provide input on maintenance, repairs, and purchases to enhance resident satisfaction and reduce liability
  • Assist department directors in developing and implementing departmental policies and procedures
  • Review and update facility policies and procedures annually to ensure compliance with current regulations
  • Interpret policies and procedures to employees, residents, and visitors as needed
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure policies and procedures are being implemented and followed
  • Track and file contracts and insurance certificates
  • Coordinate and monitor move and rearrangement projects involving I.S
  • Arrange building services on a timely basis
  • Perform other tasks as directed

Requirements:

  • Relevant degree in a field such as healthcare, education, management, or business
  • Minimum of five years of work experience in a hospital, retail pharmacy, or Dr. Office, with a minimum level of associate Facility Administrator or equivalent combination of education and work experience
  • Exceptions may be made for supervisory experience if the candidate demonstrates the ability to supervise the proper administration of a correction or detention facility
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and experience with medical database software preferred

Compensation: Market value for the position and experience, with a starting salary of $110,000 per year.
