Job Summary

The Paper Store is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Department Manager to join our team. As a key member of our store leadership, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales growth, and maintaining a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide world-class service to customers, ensuring a unique and memorable shopping experience.
  • Sales Growth: Achieve sales goals by effectively managing the sales floor, merchandising, and visual presentation.
  • Team Leadership: Inspire and motivate a high-performing team, providing coaching and development opportunities to ensure success.
  • Operational Excellence: Maintain operational efficiency, manage payroll, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Experience: Previous experience in specialty retail, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to multitask, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and POS systems.
  • Availability: Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
