Job Description

Our company is seeking an experienced Treasury Analyst to join our Corporate Finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the company's worldwide treasury operations, including cash management, hedging, and investment activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage cash concentrations, wires, and account funding to ensure adequate liquidity for working capital needs and invest excess cash.
  • Establish and manage hedging and swap activities through third-party advisors and institutions.
  • Coordinate and monitor worldwide payments, including cash flow modeling and forecasting.
  • Administer multiple worldwide online banking platforms and maintain a worldwide bank account database.
  • Prepare and monitor letters of credit, performance and bid bonds, and FX currency hedge forecasts.
  • Support shares repurchase program and international KYC process and documentation requirements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting.
  • 2-5 years of experience in Treasury and Finance functions, with both domestic and international treasury experience preferred.
  • Public company experience preferred.
  • General knowledge of GAAP and SEC reporting requirements related to treasury activities.
  • Knowledge of treasury software and experience with online banking platforms.
  • Advanced spreadsheet and modeling skills.
  • Excellent collaboration, verbal, and written communication skills.
