Key Responsibilities:
As the U10 Tennis Program Director, your role will encompass a variety of essential duties, including:
1. Ensuring consistent attendance and engagement in all activities.
2. Coaching and effectively communicating with players aged 5-10 and their parents.
3. Overseeing and enhancing U10 programs to ensure quality and enjoyment.
4. Organizing and promoting World Tour Events.
5. Managing U10 equipment and resources.
6. Preparing and distributing Mission Cards, which serve as progress reports for parents.
7. Actively participating in meetings and training sessions.
8. Building and maintaining excellent rapport with members and guests.
9. Promoting and marketing all aspects of the club and its programs.
10. Catering to the needs of both new and existing junior players.
11. Providing regular reports as required.
12. Engaging in retention campaigns through effective communication.
13. Fostering collaborative relationships with colleagues.
14. Training camp staff on operational procedures during orientation.
15. Evaluating camper applications and ensuring appropriate group placements.
16. Supervising staff to guarantee the safety and enjoyment of all campers.
17. Coordinating lunch and transportation logistics as needed.
18. Communicating camp activities and schedules to club staff.
19. Creating daily schedules to ensure a diverse range of activities.
20. Ensuring smooth transitions between activities for campers.
21. Maintaining open communication with parents regarding their children's experiences.
22. Providing feedback to club managers on camp progress and staff performance.
23. Submitting post-camp evaluations to identify areas for improvement.
24. Adhering to the operational budget to maintain program efficiency.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience working with U10 players.
- An understanding of child psychology is advantageous.
- Strong knowledge of tennis, with the ability to coach effectively.
- Familiarity with SPORTIME programs and services.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Basic computer skills (Outlook, Excel) are a plus.
- Strong listening and communication skills.
- The ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
- A commitment to confidentiality and professionalism.
- A collaborative approach to building and maintaining relationships.

Compensation and Benefits:
The position offers a competitive annual salary, complemented by on-court earnings.
