Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Office Representative to join our team at State Farm Insurance. As a key member of our office staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing insurance policy changes and updates, and handling incoming and outgoing phone calls.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist customers with their insurance needs and provide personalized support
  • Process insurance policy changes and updates in a timely and accurate manner
  • Handle incoming and outgoing phone calls, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues
  • Maintain accurate and organized customer files and records
  • Prepare and process insurance quotes and applications
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve office goals and objectives
  • Promote and cross-sell insurance products and services to customers
  • Assist with claims processing and follow-up
  • Stay up-to-date on insurance industry trends and regulations
  • Attend training sessions and meetings as required
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1-2 years of customer service experience preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of insurance industry software
