Lendmark Financial Services is seeking a skilled Loan Consultant II to provide exceptional customer service and find personalized loan solutions for our clients. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building a loyal customer base through sales, loan extensions, and referrals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcome and assist clients in person and over the phone, processing credit and employment verifications.
  • Handle payments, distributions, and loan approval recommendations.
  • Approve loans within set limits and oversee loan closings.
  • Manage activities related to collection accounts and communicate with clients.
  • Prepare documentation, maintain records, handle cash transactions, and promote branch products.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 2-4 years of experience in consumer finance or related field
  • Proficiency in cash handling, computer skills, and customer service
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work independently
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Excel, and Word
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Associates or Bachelor's Degree
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English
Compensation:
  • Salary range: $28.00 per hour
  • Quarterly Incentive compensation based on performance
Work Environment:
  • Office Environment
