We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Manager to join our team at Domino's Pizza LLC. Key Responsibilities:- Assist the General Manager in developing and implementing operational strategies to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.

- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of employees, setting the example and mentoring them to achieve their full potential.

- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in business or a related field preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a management role, preferably in the food service industry.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make sound business decisions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on customer satisfaction and team performance.
