Visa is seeking a highly skilled and experienced leader to join our Finance Systems Strategy (FSS) team as the Director of Financial Strategy and Portfolio Management. This is a key role that will play a critical part in shaping the future of our finance function and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Translate finance vision into a world-class technology end-state architecture
  • Develop and manage the end-state architecture and roadmap for the finance function
  • Support the development and execution of major roadmap initiatives
  • Design and facilitate sessions for alignment of end-state and roadmap
  • Work with third-party vendors and consulting companies for assessments
  • Analyze current state and business needs using industry best practices to deliver recommendations
  • Manage execution of portfolio of roadmap workstreams
  • Work closely with Technology partners on the day-to-day execution of roadmap initiatives and ongoing BAU (Fixes, Enhancements)

Requirements

  • 10 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or at least 8 years of work experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters/ MBA/JD/MD) or at least 3 years of work experience with a PhD
  • 12 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or 8-10 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 6+ years of work experience with a PhD
  • MBA strongly preferred
  • Financial Services and Technology Consulting experience preferred
  • Experience designing and executing a finance transformation
  • Experience working on global, multi-stakeholder initiatives, focused on improving the customer experience
  • Exceptional collaboration and partnership skills in a global, matrixed environment with cross-functional teams
