General Overview:
The Enrollment Success Navigator plays a pivotal role in providing assistance to prospective students and offering academic guidance to those enrolled in developmental courses at CCAC.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline
- At least two years of experience in human services with diverse populations
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities
- Dedication to fostering student achievement

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with Enrollment Services personnel to execute follow-up initiatives
  • Document and analyze applicant enrollment performance
  • Guide students in creating educational plans
  • Track student advancement and offer necessary support
  • Engage in student orientation activities
  • Provide coaching aimed at academic excellence
  • Direct students to appropriate support services as required
  • Generate and maintain necessary reports
  • Carry out additional related responsibilities as assigned
