**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Member Services Representative to join our team. As a key member of our front desk staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our members, processing membership records and accounts, and ensuring seamless billing and collections processes.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Process membership records and accounts, including new member sign-ups and account updates
* Answer multiple phone lines and respond to member inquiries
* Record daily payments and manage billing statements
* Coordinate with members to resolve past due accounts and ensure timely payments

**Requirements**
