Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Program Supervisor - Behavior Analyst to join our team. As a Program Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the implementation of ABA-based intervention services in home, school, and community settings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct initial and ongoing functional behavior assessments and skills assessments
  • Develop individualized treatment plans, including establishing measurable treatment goals, programs/procedures for implementation, and behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
  • Provide and supervise direct implementation of ABA-based intervention services
  • Conduct regular parent and staff training
  • Collaborate with school staff and other professionals
  • Analyze data to monitor progress, modify goals and procedures, and write progress reports
  • Attend planning meetings with funding agencies and parents

Requirements

  • Active BCBA certification in good standing required
  • Well-versed in ABA principles and procedures
  • At least one year of experience developing, implementing, and monitoring ABA-based intervention services
  • Capable of managing time independently, remaining organized, and meeting deadlines
  • Effective oral and written communication
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Must be willing and able to drive to clients' homes, schools, and other community settings
