High Performance Memory Reliability Test Development Engineer

At Micron Technology, we're transforming the way the world uses information to enrich life for all. As a High Performance Memory Reliability Test Development Engineer, you'll play a crucial role in developing and supporting qualification stress flows and characterization for high-performance memory solutions.
This includes helping develop product reliability methodologies and responding to product deviations as they pertain to quality and reliability. You'll establish and enforce quality and reliability requirements through robust testing and analysis of device characterization data and device issues.
Responsibilities:
- Generate reliability test flows, reviewing new design specifications, generating and verifying stress and characterization flows, debugging issues, and performing test optimization.
- Analyze failures, determining relevant fails requiring resolution for qualification, and working with other teams to prioritize, categorize, and resolve failures.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Electrical or Computer Engineering.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
- Knowledge of Object-Oriented programming.
- Familiarity with semiconductor device physics.
