The Role of Customer Support Agent
This position involves working closely with international cohorts from the USA, providing technical assistance, answering questions, and addressing concerns via chat rooms and mail channels. As a customer support agent, you will be responsible for accompanying students throughout their learning process, collaborating with the student guidance team, and organizing large amounts of information accordingly.
Requirements
To excel in this role, we require candidates to possess an advanced level of English (C1), be customer-oriented, enjoy helping people, and demonstrate multitasking abilities. Additionally, general knowledge of the IT industry and programming languages such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Python is expected. It would be beneficial to have an interest in the tech industry, be willing to learn about IT processes and online services, and exhibit organizational skills.
What We Offer
In return for your dedication and expertise, TripleTen provides a full-time remote contract-based position with a competitive salary ranging between $1k - $1.1k per month. You will work within a diverse global team spread across various countries, using modern digital tools like Jira, Notion, Zoom, Hubspot, and HiBob to enhance collaboration and productivity.
