Technical Support Specialist

In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for internal employees at Rentokil and Steritech, providing top-notch support and assistance to ensure seamless operations.
About the JobWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced IT Service Desk Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and technical support to our internal customers.
The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience working in an IT Service Desk environment, with a strong background in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues related to Windows, Gmail, and Mobile Devices (Android, iOS, tablets, hardware, software, and applications).
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical issues, improve processes, and enhance customer satisfaction. Your excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and passion for technology will enable you to thrive in this fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Provide first-level technical support and assistance to internal employees via phone, email, or chat.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to desktop systems, applications, and mobile devices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical issues, improve processes, and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Analyze and document technical issues to facilitate root cause analysis and prevention.
- Develop and maintain knowledge base articles and technical documentation to support colleagues and internal customers.
- 1-2 years of experience working in an IT Service Desk environment.
- Strong background in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues related to Windows, Gmail, and Mobile Devices (Android, iOS, tablets, hardware, software, and applications).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Knowledge of ServiceNow ticketing system is a plus.
- A+ Certification is desired.
