Position Overview
As a vital member of CentraCare Health, the Environmental Services Associate plays a crucial role in ensuring a safe and hygienic environment for patients, families, and staff. This position is based in Paynesville and focuses on maintaining the cleanliness and attractiveness of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities
- Uphold high standards of cleanliness in the Paynesville Clinic and Lake Avenue Building.
- Perform a variety of cleaning tasks including dusting, mopping, scrubbing, vacuuming, and restroom sanitation.
- Ensure that all areas are kept sanitary and free from infection.

Work Schedule
- Part-time position requiring 40 hours every two weeks.
- Evening shifts from Monday to Friday, specifically from 5 PM to 9 PM.

Compensation and Benefits
- Competitive hourly wage starting at $16.73, based on experience.
- Additional evening shift differential of $1.50 per hour.
- Part-time benefits include medical, dental, paid time off, retirement plans, employee discounts, and more.

Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- A valid driver's license and a clean driving record may be required.
- Previous experience in cleaning or sanitation is preferred but not mandatory as on-the-job training will be provided.
