Practice Highlights:

  • Collaborate with a team of 11 general and cardiac anesthesiologists, supported by a group of employed CRNAs.
  • Diverse case spectrum including: Cardiac, general surgical (open and laparoscopic), robotics, spine and orthopedic, endoscopy, cardiac cath lab cases (TAVRs and ablations), C-sections, gynecological and urological procedures. No pediatric or current intracranial cases.
  • Annual case volume exceeding 7,000, along with cath lab procedures, 270 cardiac surgeries, and over 300 projected for the upcoming year. Additionally, over 4,000 cath lab procedures are performed.
  • Facility features 184 beds, a 20-bed ICU, Short Stay Unit, Level 3A NICU, a busy OB practice with 2 OB OR Suites, a high-volume ED, Interventional Radiology, MRI, and CT services.
  • Call: on-premise and off-premise, with support from a core team of CRNAs available 24/7.
  • Openings: 7
  • Utilize a fully integrated Electronic Medical Record (EPIC).
  • As a Pioneer Accountable Care Organization (ACO), our providers employ a multidisciplinary team approach in managing clinical care.

Compensation Overview:

  • $600,000 annual salary
  • $100,000 signing bonus
  • Relocation assistance available if necessary.
  • Comprehensive benefits package valued at $30,000 or more, including generous time off, annual CME allowance, malpractice insurance with tail coverage, retirement contributions, relocation assistance, and more.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of an accredited ACGME/AOA Anesthesiology residency training program.
  • Board Certified/Board Eligible with the ABMS.
  • Licensed or eligible for Minnesota Board of Medical Practice Licensure.
  • Ability to obtain and/or maintain DEA certification for the State of Minnesota.
  • Meet threshold criteria/qualifications for Credentialing and Privileges.
