Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Production Supervisor to join our Operations team at Puratos. Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Team Management
    • Provide guidance and direction to production staff to ensure effective workflow and productivity.
    • Monitor and maintain a safe and clean work environment, adhering to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and other regulatory requirements.
    • Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Quality and Safety
    • Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards, including regular audits and inspections.
    • Investigate and resolve quality and safety issues, implementing corrective actions as necessary.
  • Inventory and Supply Chain Management
    • Manage inventory levels, ensuring adequate stock of raw materials and supplies.
    • Monitor and control production consumption, ensuring timely and accurate processing of orders.
  • Continuous Improvement
    • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., operations management, business administration).
    • At least 3 years of experience in a production or manufacturing setting, with a focus on leadership and team management.
  • Skills and Knowledge
    • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop team members.
    • Knowledge of lean six sigma principles and practices.
    • Experience with ERP systems, including SAP.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
