As a Regional Director of Military and Community College Partnerships, you'll have the opportunity to work remotely in various states, including Alabama, Arizona, Arkansas, and more. We ask that our remote employees have access to a reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace.

The Opportunity

Reporting to the Senior Director of University Partnerships, you'll work in the Mid-Atlantic region and support additional regions throughout the US to grow community college and military enrollments according to established yearly targets for SNHU Global Campus.

Your Responsibilities
  • Consult with community college and military partners to deepen your understanding of their needs and develop meaningful strategies.
  • Ensure SNHU has adequate representation on military installations and at community college events.
  • Promote SNHU Global Campus educational and partnership programs to community colleges, military educators, service members, veterans, and their family members.
  • Build a network of champions across your partners by growing your role as a trusted advisor and anticipating needs and challenges.
  • Travel to community colleges, military bases, and other military-affiliated locations and events to recruit community college transfer students, military personnel, and their family members.
  • Develop marketing engagement plans to ensure well-performed communication of SNHU offerings to partner learners.
  • Build strategic territory outreach plans to recruit military-affiliated populations, including service members, veterans, and their family members.
  • Develop deep partnerships and pipelines to increase SNHU's reach and educational impact within organizations.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key influencers, including community college leadership, faculty, advisors, military-affiliated students, and senior leaders.
  • Help identify creative ways to promote engagement of partner learners.
  • Forecast and achieve shared growth targets by analyzing data, metrics, analytics, and other relevant partner information.
What We're Looking For
  • Bachelor's degree required in a related field; Master's degree is a plus.
  • 5 years of experience in Higher Education strategic account management and as a military outreach representative with a record of solution selling and relationship management across military and community college channels.
  • Experience serving in the military.
  • Experience producing measurable results for partners, delivering Higher Ed solutions.
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM-related accountabilities.
Compensation and Benefits

The annual pay range for this position is $73,328.00 - $117,345.00. Actual offer will be based on skills, qualifications, experience, and internal equity. You'll also receive exceptional benefits, including high-quality medical insurance, low-deductible dental and vision plans, 5 weeks of paid time off, and more.
