Job Title: Enterprise Account Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Enterprise Account Executive to join our team at BriteCore. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for selling our cloud-based insurance platform to Property & Casualty insurers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to negotiation and close, articulating the right sales plays to create urgency and move opportunities to close.
  • Lead and direct a cross-functional team through varied stages of complex customer journeys, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Communicate the status and unique requirements of each sales opportunity, adhering to management standards for sales reporting.
  • Exemplify leadership by training, mentoring, and coaching team members, junior or otherwise, to support regional prospecting and sales-related activities.
  • Apply leading sales frameworks to demonstrate a systematic approach to selling, creating and delivering pervasive client presentations that align stakeholders critical to the decision-making process.
  • Travel up to 25% domestically for this role.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in business or related fields.
  • 6+ years of solution/value selling experience.
  • 3+ years working as a top-performing Enterprise Account Executive.
  • Proven success hunting and selling into new logo accounts.
  • Self-starter who is invested in the success of the team.
  • Experience managing a pipeline in Salesforce.
  • Scrappy, comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment and learning as you go.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of working in the P&C vertical.
  • Experience working at a startup company.
  • Value selling experience with API platforms.
