Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Speech Therapist to join our team at Soliant. As a Speech Therapist, you will play a vital role in supporting students with speech and language disorders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluation and Assessment: Assist in conducting comprehensive assessments of students' speech and language abilities, working closely with our Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) to identify areas of need.
  • Therapy Planning and Implementation: Help develop and execute personalized therapy plans tailored to each student's unique needs, ensuring that our students receive the best possible support.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with educators, parents, and other professionals to ensure coordinated support and a seamless learning experience for our students.
  • Progress Monitoring and Reporting: Monitor and document student progress, making necessary adjustments to therapy plans to ensure our students meet their goals.
  • Supportive Environment: Aid in creating an engaging and positive learning environment that fosters growth and development for our students.
Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or a related field.
  • Licensure: Valid Georgia SLPA license.
  • Experience: Experience working with school-aged children is preferred.
  • Skills: Strong communication and teamwork skills are essential for success in this role.
