We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Rogers Behavioral Health. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our mental health programs.
Key Responsibilities- Implement patient care plans and assess patients' physical and mental health needs.
- Collaborate with psychiatrists, therapists, dietitians, and other healthcare professionals to develop effective treatment plans.
- Communicate effectively with patients and their families to ensure their needs are met.
- Administer medication and provide education on medication management.
- Bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN) preferred.
- Registered nurse licensed by the State Board of Nursing in the state of employment.
- American Health Association Healthcare Provider CPR certification.
- Formal training in management of aggressive patients.
- Previous psychiatric experience with children, adolescents, and adults preferred.
