We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Heritage Square Health Care Center. As an RN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and ensuring the well-being of our residents.
Key Responsibilities- Assess and care for residents, developing individualized plans to meet their unique needs
- Supervise and coordinate nursing personnel to provide direct resident care
- Collaborate with physicians to ensure accurate and timely communication of resident information
- Participate in training and supervision of nursing personnel
- Manage conflict and emergency situations effectively
- Maintain accurate resident care records and documents
- Current valid Registered Nurse license in the state where you will practice
- Graduate of an approved school of nursing
- Up-to-date physical assessment skills and comprehensive knowledge of nursing principles
- Recent experience in geriatric or rehabilitative nursing and experience in supervisory capacity preferred
