Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Heritage Square Health Care Center. As an RN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and ensuring the well-being of our residents.

• Assess and care for residents, developing individualized plans to meet their unique needs
• Supervise and coordinate nursing personnel, ensuring adherence to state and federal guidelines
• Collaborate with physicians to ensure accurate communication and implementation of care plans
• Participate in training and supervision of nursing staff, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork
• Manage conflict and emergency situations with poise and efficiency

• Current valid Registered Nurse license in the state of practice
• Graduate of an approved school of nursing
• Up-to-date physical assessment skills and comprehensive knowledge of nursing principles
• Recent experience in geriatric or rehabilitative nursing and supervisory experience preferred
