Citigroup Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Technology Risk Management Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Enterprise Services organization, you will play a critical role in ensuring the effective management of technology risks across the company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Risk Oversight: Provide guidance to first-line partners and operational teams on IT and Information Security risks, ensuring timely identification and reporting of control deficiencies.
  • Issue Identification: Proactively interact with customers to ensure timely identification and reporting of control deficiencies via documented issue management practices.
  • Issue Management: Oversee corrective actions, ensuring on-time remediation and validation of issues, including escalation and reporting of issue status.
  • Audit Management: Oversee and manage all audit-related activities, including managing deliverables, working with operational teams to ensure factual accuracy and documentation of corrective action plans.
  • Manager's Control Assessment (MCA): Ensure appropriate risks, controls, tests, and key risk indicators are in place and reported on.
  • Business Partnerships: Work closely with business partners on findings and make recommendations on improving practices.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Examine procedures for consistency and gaps relative to regulations, in addition to impacts on customer experience.
Requirements
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in Information Technology Risk Management, including first-line Technology Control Officer, second-line Operational Risk Management policy governance, or third-line Systems Auditor.
  • Operational and/or Technical Experience: Operational and/or technical experience with hardware/software asset management, command center, global batch management, data center experience, hardware/software asset management, infrastructure planning & capacity management, or production operations is a plus.
  • Education: Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience.
