The Production Operations Governance & Control Senior Analyst role sits within the CTI Production Operations Governance team.

The role involves working closely with technology stakeholders and subject matter experts to maintain and execute governance initiatives and frameworks for Production Operations.

The ideal candidate will have a foundational understanding of technology and risk management within the financial sector.

The role requires supporting and executing a robust technology governance framework for Production Operations in accordance with Internal Audit standards, relevant government statutes and regulations, and Citibank policies.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Acting as a steward of Production Operations risk rating
  • Building and managing relationships and interactions with internal and external auditors and risk management
  • Exhibiting knowledge of technology-related governance, compliance, and auditing frameworks within Citi
  • Making recommendations to appropriate teams to improve Citi policies and procedures
  • Executing compliance monitoring activities supporting Production Operations
  • Assisting in initiatives to reduce toil and improve data quality in relation to Service Management processes

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of technology governance experience and be proficient in data transformation and analysis, with experience working with large and complex data sets.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, is also required.

Knowledge of ServiceNow Service Management functions and the ability to work with virtual and in-person teams are also essential.

The role is full-time, and the salary range is competitive.
