We are seeking an experienced Territory Business Leader to partner with a Clinical Diabetes Specialist to successfully launch our innovative insulin pump and future products in the greater Long Beach area, Torrance, Redondo Beach to Santa Monica, and Culver City. As a key member of our team, you will promote the adoption of our products and services, develop effective territory planning and strategies, build strong customer relationships, and drive continued growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement territory plans to meet/exceed goals
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers
  • Drive product adoption and growth through successful product experience
  • Collaborate with customer care and sales support teams
  • Represent our products at conventions and educational forums

This role requires a high level of proficiency in discussing and demonstrating our products, as well as expertise in diabetes and therapeutic options for diabetes care. You will work closely with our cross-functional teams to solve problems and improve product development. A valid driver's license is required, and frequent travel within the assigned territory is expected.

$185,000 - $215,000 annually (based on achievement of goals)

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 2+ years of sales experience with a demonstrated history of sales success
  • Valid driver's license
  • Experience in diabetes and selling automated insulin devices preferred
