We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Practical Nursing Specialist to join our team at HexaQuEST Health, Inc. This role is essential in providing high-quality patient care and support within our healthcare facilities.
Schedule:
This position requires availability for every other weekend, ensuring consistent care for our patients.
Identification Requirements:
All registry personnel must present a state or federally issued identification upon entering the facility and are required to wear a photo badge at all times while on duty.
Health and Safety Compliance:
Agency staff must have completed their primary series of COVID vaccinations to be eligible for assignments. This includes both doses of a two-dose series or a single dose of an approved vaccine. Additionally, state-specific mandated boosters must be administered when eligible. Following the commencement of assignments, agency staff are expected to adhere to the standard testing protocols established by each facility.
Working Hours:
The typical shift for this role is from 15:00 to 23:30, providing critical support during evening hours.
