Job Summary:
AECOM is seeking a highly skilled Construction Manager to oversee the administration of projects during the construction cycle, ensuring technical, financial, and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the oversight of construction projects, including continuous surveillance throughout the construction process.
- Cooperate in the development of implementation strategies and planning, review of master construction schedules, and monitoring of safety procedures and policies by contractors.
- Lead and participate in key meetings with other Government contractors to ensure timely resolution of any items with significant impact to budget and schedule.
- Provide guidance to employees within the latitude of established policies.
- Establish procedures that affect immediate organization.
- Work on issues of diverse scope where analysis of situation or data requires evaluation of a variety of factors, including understanding of current business trends.
- Act as advisor to subordinates to meet schedules and/or resolve technical problems.
- May have budget responsibilities.
- Oversee the administration of projects during the construction cycle, including technical, financial, and client satisfaction.
