The estimated salary for this position ranges from $120,000 to $160,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

Job Description

We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner with a passion for delivering exceptional care to join our team at Greenfield Healthcare Center. As a Geriatric Healthcare Specialist, you will be responsible for providing primary care in a high-touch, person-centered model. Your duties will include assessing, diagnosing, and managing chronic and acute conditions, as well as providing health education and developing treatment plans.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • A Master of Science in Nursing, Doctor of Nursing Practice, or NP Certificate Program graduate
  • National certification by AANP or ANCC
  • Active, unrestricted state license
  • Active DEA license
  • US work authorization
  • 2+ years clinical experience as a Nurse or Nurse Practitioner in geriatric, adult, or family practice setting
