Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Rotary Die Cutter Operator to join our team at Pratt Retail Specialties. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining our rotary die cutters, ensuring high-quality products and efficient production processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Set up and operate rotary die cutters, ensuring proper setup techniques and maintaining equipment in good working condition.
  • Inspect anilox rolls and dies for damage, making necessary repairs to ensure optimal performance.
  • Monitor box quality, including size, print, and liner, to ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Train and assist team members with job duties and cross-train on other machines to maximize equipment utilization.
  • Complete accurate and timely reports on production data, machine operational status, safety data, and quality data.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Ability to read tape measures with speed and accuracy, calculate figures, and apply concepts of high school math.
  • Physical demands include standing, walking, talking, and hearing, with occasional lifting up to 50 pounds.

Working Conditions

The employee will be frequently exposed to wet and/or humid conditions and occasionally exposed to high, precarious places and vibration. The noise level in the work environment is usually loud.
