Key Responsibilities:

  • Compile and produce monthly and ad-hoc financial reports.
  • Manage the fixed asset ledger along with depreciation and amortization schedules.
  • Oversee the company's lease ledger and prepare necessary journal entries.
  • Handle the internal employee expense reporting process, including the use of the Concur application.
  • Gather data for industry surveys, maintain reporting templates, and ensure timely submissions.
  • Prepare reconciliations for general ledger accounts and adjusting journal entries.
  • Assist with treasury functions, including account transfers, bank reconciliations, and corporate tax payment scheduling.
  • Support the year-end financial audit by providing information to external auditors and addressing their inquiries.
  • Perform additional duties as required.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree in accounting is strongly preferred; an Associate's degree with relevant experience is acceptable.
  • Familiarity with algebra and the ability to apply basic statistical analysis.
  • Strong analytical skills with the capability to support findings and recommendations.
  • High level of professionalism and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Professional demeanor and diplomacy are essential.
  • Adaptable and eager to learn, with a team-oriented mindset.
