Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner specializing in Neonatal Intensive Care to provide exceptional patient care for infants in critical condition. This role involves delivering high-quality medical services, including both diagnostic and therapeutic procedures, to support premature, newborn, and ill infants during their neonatal phase.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of healthcare professionals in a hospital setting.
  • Utilize advanced clinical skills to assess, diagnose, and manage neonatal patients.
  • Implement evidence-based practices to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
  • Engage in continuous education and professional development to maintain certification and stay updated with best practices.

Qualifications:

  1. Master's Degree in Nursing is mandatory.
  2. Current certification from ANA or an equivalent nursing body in the relevant specialty.
  3. Authorization from the state nursing board to practice in an advanced role.
  4. DEA registration for prescription authority.
  5. Mandatory board certification as a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner.
  6. NRP certification is required.
  7. Preferred: Minimum of one year of experience in a NICU setting; however, new graduates with relevant NICU experience may be considered.
