EDI Analyst Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled EDI Analyst to join our team at Generis Tek Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring and coordinating EDI implementations with new trading partners, managing service calls, and providing technical support to resolve issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and coordinate EDI implementations with new trading partners
  • Manage service calls and provide technical support to resolve issues
  • Coordinate with new trading partners to set up new processes and provide optimal customer service
  • Analyze current implementations to make recommendations for improvements
  • Understand EDI mapping documents and prepare test data

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of EDI support experience
  • SAP experience preferred
  • Proficient in Excel preferred
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Ability to understand client needs
  • Ability to explain technical information to non-industry personnel
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Jira and Confluence experience a plus
  • Experience in PHP and SQL a plus

Education:

  • 4-year college degree strongly preferred
  • Computer Science degree preferred
