EDI Analyst Job Description

We are seeking an experienced EDI Analyst to join our team at Generis Tek Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring all inbound and outbound documents, coordinating and testing EDI implementations with new partners, and analyzing current implementations to make recommendations for improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and manage all EDI transactions
  • Coordinate and test EDI implementations with new partners
  • Analyze current EDI implementations and make recommendations for improvements
  • Design and implement EDI maps and test data
  • Manage communication with trading partners and provide optimal customer service

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in EDI support
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Ability to understand client needs and explain technical information to non-industry personnel
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Experience with PHP, SQL, SAP, Jira, and Confluence
