Electronic Data Interchange Analyst

TDK Corporation of America is seeking a skilled Electronic Data Interchange Analyst to join our IT Team in Lincolnshire, IL Office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and coordinate all inbound and outbound EDI transmissions.
  • Test and implement EDI processes with new trading partners.
  • Manage service calls and work orders to provide technical support and resolve issues.
  • Coordinate with trading partners to set up new processes and provide excellent customer service.
  • Analyze current implementations to identify areas for improvement and document existing and new trading partnerships.
  • Understand EDI mapping documents and prepare test data, manage communication with trading partners, and produce operational documents for end users.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of EDI support experience.
  • SAP experience is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Excel is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Good interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to understand client needs and explain technical information to non-industry personnel.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Jira and Confluence experience is a plus.
  • Experience in PHP and SQL is a plus.
  • 4-year college degree is strongly preferred, with a Computer Science degree being preferred.
