TDK Corporation of America is seeking a highly skilled Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) Analyst to support our IT Team in Lincolnshire, IL.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and coordinate all inbound and outbound EDI transmissions to ensure seamless data exchange with trading partners.

Test and implement new EDI partnerships, ensuring optimal data flow and customer satisfaction.

Manage service calls and work orders to provide technical support and resolve issues related to EDI data exchange.

Collaborate with trading partners to establish new processes and provide exceptional customer service.

Analyze current EDI implementations to identify areas for improvement and develop recommendations for process enhancements.

Develop and maintain documentation for existing and new trading partnerships, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.

Requirements:

5+ years of experience in EDI support

SAP experience preferred

Proficiency in Excel and strong analytical skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to understand client needs and explain technical information effectively

Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks

Jira and Confluence experience a plus

Knowledge of PHP and SQL a plus

Education:

4-year college degree preferred, Computer Science degree a plus
