Associate P/C Customer Service Professional

Michigan Farm Bureau is seeking a skilled Associate P/C Customer Service Professional to provide exceptional customer service, address inquiries, and resolve issues related to property and casualty insurance policies. This role requires a strong understanding of insurance products, policies, and procedures, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of insurance policies, procedures, and regulations
- Analyze and resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
- Process transactions, such as billing account changes and payments, while maintaining accurate records
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer service and resolve complex issues
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree preferred
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field, preferably in insurance
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
