Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Division Vice President of Sales and Operations to lead our sales and store operations teams in driving business growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement division-wide sales and operations strategies to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction
  • Lead a team of sales and operations professionals to achieve business objectives and improve customer experience
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales and operations initiatives
  • Develop and manage sales budgets and forecasts to drive business growth
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market developments to inform sales and operations strategies
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in sales and operations leadership roles, with at least 7 years in a leadership position
  • Strong understanding of the automotive aftermarket industry and market trends
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and expanding customer base
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in an automotive independent owner model
  • Masters degree in business, marketing, or a related field
  • 2 years experience in a senior leadership role

Physical Demands/Working Environment

The successful candidate will be able to work in a corporate office setting and be comfortable in a retail/store setting. Domestic travel is estimated at 60% of the time.
