About the Position:

The Leasing Consultant is a key member of our team at Building and Land Technology, responsible for providing exceptional sales and customer service to prospects and residents in our luxury communities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect Engagement: Convert leads into community tours by following up with all prospects and providing helpful and compelling information about the community and neighborhood.
  • Tour and Leasing: Conduct informative and personalized tours of the community that result in new leases, contributing to desired occupancy levels.
  • Resident Experience: Build brand loyalty and achieve resident retention goals by ensuring that the resident experience is consistently stellar.
  • Technology and Data: Utilize RealPage property management software to document prospect updates, assist current residents, and maximize both prospect and resident experience.
  • Marketing and Awareness: Generate awareness, interest, and excitement about our communities via various marketing channels.
  • Schedule and Availability: Work weekends when prospective residents are out looking for their new home, with two days off during the week.

Requirements:

  • Education: Undergraduate degree preferred, but not required.
  • Experience: 1+ year of Leasing or Sales experience.
  • Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word), excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to project a professional sales presentation and image.
  • Personal Qualities: Motivated team-player with exceptional Customer Service skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
