Job Title: Area Administration Business Specialist

At DH Pace Company, Inc., we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Area Administration Business Specialist to join our team in Peachtree Corners, GA. This individual will play a crucial role in introducing and training on new company initiatives, collaborating with other teams, and implementing process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with other Area Administration Business Specialists to define, research, and implement new or updated company initiatives
  • Introduce and train on new company initiatives to the organization
  • Review daily business processes to identify areas of improvement, develop an audit plan, report results and recommendations
  • Train on processes to improve compliance
  • Work closely with Corporate Auditor to ensure consistency in processes and procedures
  • Monitor the Onboarding Program to ensure a positive and successful new hire experience
  • Assist Team Impact with coordinating employee activities, community outreach, and team building events
  • Be available to travel up to 65% of the time when conditions permit, within the Area to Satellites and other areas as required
Requirements:
  • A Bachelor's degree and a minimum of three (3) years of related experience/training in process improvements required
  • Must have strong analytical skills, mathematical reasoning, problem-solving skills, people skills, and the ability to quickly learn
  • Must have a valid driver's license and a good driving record
