About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Territory Sales Representative to join our team at TruGreen Limited Partnership. As a Territory Sales Representative, you will be responsible for building relationships with new and existing customers to provide them with the right lawn care maintenance plans. If you have excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a passion for helping others, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities

  • Meet with customers to understand their lawn care needs and provide personalized solutions
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention
  • Work with customers to identify and address any lawn care issues or concerns
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer loyalty and retention

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • 1-2 years of sales or customer service experience preferred
  • Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle required
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
