Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Sheet Metal Construction Supervisor to oversee and manage the activities of craft personnel involved in the fabrication, installation, and maintenance of sheet metal products, systems, and structures. Our organization specializes in various facets of commercial and industrial construction, encompassing new builds, renovations, remodels, and expansions.

Job Type
This position is a Contract-to-Hire opportunity with a duration of 5 months.
Work Environment
This role is entirely on-site. The work environment is focused on commercial construction, primarily dealing with small to mid-sized projects, while also engaging in some larger projects throughout the year. The standard work schedule is Monday to Friday (7 am - 4 pm), with hours subject to variation based on project requirements. During winter months, expect 36-40 hours per week, and from spring through fall, 40-50 hours per week, with potential for additional hours. The company primarily operates within a specific region but may require travel for certain projects. Travel and per diem allowances may be available for designated traveling assignments. Crew sizes can fluctuate between 2-10 personnel, depending on project scope. Compensation typically ranges from $25-$28 per hour, based on skills, experience, and tenure, with opportunities for higher pay for exceptional qualifications. Performance evaluations are conducted at 1 month, 3 months, 5 months, and annually.
