Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to manage scrum priorities and drive the growth of our e-commerce SaaS platform. This role requires a deep understanding of the gift card industry and a strong background in data and payments, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful product solutions.

Responsibilities
  • Define the roadmap for your products, including objectives and goals, in collaboration with stakeholders within a modern development environment.
  • Lead the product development process, prioritize backlogs using product management tools, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality features.
  • Deliver product strategy and thought leadership around various topics, including e-commerce trends, funnel analytics, user experience, buy flow optimization, alternative payment, and global reach expansion.
  • Benchmark functionality and performance of your products against competitors and the broader e-commerce industry.
  • Innovate and enhance our offerings in the digital gift card space, staying ahead of industry trends and customer needs.
  • Leverage data insights for informed decision-making, manage payment integrations, and ensure compliance with payment standards.
  • Work with cross-functional product owners to create effective business requirements to articulate work to be done by the engineering teams; perform testing of product features with engineers to ensure acceptance criteria is met, capture bugs, and work towards defect resolution.
  • Partner closely with software engineering to ensure delivery of products map to customer experience and business requirements within needed timelines.
  • Establish metrics and measurements for the product and report on value delivered, ROI, etc.
  • Support RFP/RFI responses for new business and expansion opportunities.
  • Develop and measure progress against customer value and platform performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with marketing to assist with go-to-market product marketing packages.
  • Develop strong relationships and ROI metrics with sales, account management, and implementation teams.
  • Leverage data insights for informed decision-making, manage payment integrations, and ensure compliance with payment standards.
  • Drive innovation initiatives in areas of mobile innovation, embedded solutions, and digital services.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in e-commerce, SaaS, payments, or gift card platforms.
  • Strong background in data analysis and payment systems.
  • Proven experience managing scrum teams and agile methodologies.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of the gift card industry and market dynamics preferred.
  • Having a customer-centric view into developing great product experiences and a proven ability to work well collaboratively, including the ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority.
  • A curious attitude and desire to learn.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze both quantitative and qualitative data and derive meaningful implications and recommendations from said data.
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment.
