Job Summary

The Executive Vice President, Analytics and Acquisition will spearhead global digital marketing strategies for a prominent fintech client within our media agency. This role demands expertise in performance marketing, deep data analysis, and the integration of technology stacks to drive client-specific registration KPIs. The ideal candidate will support the delivery of our acquisition and performance media strategies, leveraging analytics to uncover growth opportunities and optimize campaign performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Globally lead and support all aspects of performance marketing strategies for our fintech client, focusing on achieving registration KPIs and new customer acquisition growth objectives.
  • Analyze performance data deeply to identify key growth paths and opportunities for optimization across various channels, including paid search, social media, programmatic, while ensuring we have a pipeline of scalable innovation.
  • Develop a global CRO strategy and operationalize regionally with local teams.
  • Collaborate closely with the AdTech lead to integrate and optimize technology stacks for enhanced campaign performance and data utilization.
  • Work directly with regional and local market teams to align strategies and ensure consistent delivery of client's objectives across different geographies.
  • Implement rigorous testing and data analysis techniques to continually refine and enhance media strategies.
  • Stay abreast of the latest trends and advancements in performance marketing, fintech industry standards, and digital analytics to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Provide regular, detailed reports and insights to both the agency leadership and the client, demonstrating the impact and effectiveness of strategies and campaigns.
  • Foster strong relationships with the client, understanding their needs and expectations, and ensuring that all deliverables are met with the highest standards of quality and efficiency.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 15 years of experience in digital marketing and media, with a significant focus on performance marketing and analytics in an agency setting.
  • Proven expertise in managing complex digital campaigns for fintech or related industries, with demonstrable success in meeting and exceeding KPIs.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret large sets of data to drive strategy and decision-making.
  • Experience in AdTech and MarTech stack integration and optimization.
  • Excellent communication and team collaboration skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
  • Result-oriented with a track record of achieving growth objectives for clients.
