Key Responsibilities

  • Support and assist Physical Therapists and Clinic Directors in implementing individualized plans of care for patients.
  • Provide high-quality patient care through evidence-based and customized physical therapy regimens.
  • Coordinate patient care with Physical Therapists, Operations Support Specialists, and Clinic Directors.
  • Complete daily patient care notes, progress notes, and other required forms as requested by treating physicians, rehab nurses, or insurance companies.
  • Provide continuous communication with referring physicians and other referring sources.
  • Maintain required clinical logs and checklists to ensure compliance with local and federal regulations.

Requirements

  • Excellent patient care and communication skills with the ability to multitask.
  • A passion for Physical Therapy and patient care.
  • Ability to work closely with all clinic staff to improve work relationships, build morale, increase productivity, and create a world-class clinical team.
  • Ability to stand, stoop, and move throughout the clinic for the entire assigned shift.
  • Licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant in the state of employment.
