As a Clinical Research Coordinator, you will play a critical role in the success of our clinical trials by coordinating and managing multiple studies, assisting investigators and clinical staff, and ensuring the highest quality of data.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Participate in research participant screening, recruitment, and enrollment.
  2. Conduct research visits for data collection, collect, process, and ship research specimens as needed.
  3. Document study-related information in case report forms or electronic data capture systems, handle data queries, and participate in monitoring visits.
  4. Maintain organization of all trial-related documents and correspondence, implement quality control and assurance methods.
  5. Communicate with study sponsors, research team, and the Institutional Review Board, assist with basic regulatory document preparation.
  6. Maintain professional and technical knowledge about clinical trials, protect patient confidentiality.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in a health-related field with one to two years of relevant clinical experience or Master's degree in a medical-related field with no research experience.
  2. Phlebotomy skills preferred, psychology experience with knowledge of psychiatric rating scales preferred.
  3. National Certification (CRA or ACRP), BLS Certification, expert database and computer skills, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), Outlook, excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  4. Ability to work independently, assume responsibility, maintain data integrity, and confidentiality.
