Job Title: Property Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Property Manager to join our team at Foresight Asset Management LLC. As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management of our residential properties, ensuring they are well-maintained, profitable, and meet the highest standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a high-quality on-site staff through effective recruitment, training, and development programs.
  • Communicate effectively with staff members and ensure compliance with all personnel management policies and procedures.
  • Achieve the highest possible net operating income through the implementation of effective cost control and revenue improvement programs.
  • Develop yearly operating budgets and sales/marketing plans.
  • Accurately prepare and convey all operational and financial data to the Regional Manager in a timely manner.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of two years of experience in residential property management or a related field.
  • Excellent management and communication skills.
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills.
  • Ability to read and write English fluently.
  • Ability to accurately perform intermediate mathematical functions.
